Job summary

UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families in Morayfield, QLD is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the community setting. You will lead frontline clinical staff, manage client portfolios, and drive high-quality care in residents’ homes and local communities.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, extensive nursing experience, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a vehicle for work. You will mentor staff, coordinate care, and support accreditation compliance in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required.
• Extensive nursing experience and clinical skills are essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional Minimum) - Essential.
• Vehicle to use for work must be roadworthy and insured - Essential.
• Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care.
• Experience leading and mentoring a frontline clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans for residents.
• Conduct comprehensive and accurate resident assessments.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing professional development of staff.
• Support in ensuring the service meets accreditation standards.
