Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required.
• Current AHPRA registration is essential.
• Extensive general nursing experience in acute/aged care.
• Ability to liaise with care team and provide coordinated care.
• Leadership and mentorship to junior staff are desirable.
• Community nursing experience and knowledge of community funding is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing professional development of staff.
• Support in ensuring the service meets accreditation standards.
