Tasmania Government is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Clinical Coach (POOL LGH) role to support onboarding and ongoing development for about 600 pool staff in Northern Tasmania. The role emphasizes training, safety, and staff growth within the Pool Office team.

The position is permanent part-time, with 64 hours per fortnight, and offers allowances, professional development, and benefits as part of Tasmania's Health system.

Formación

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse or a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum of 4 years clinical experience in the relevant practice setting.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications appropriate to the clinical area.
• Membership with the relevant professional organisation (e.g.: Australian College of Nursing, Australian College of Midwives, ACORN, ACCCN).

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and ongoing development of the approximately 600 pool staff within THS North.
• Coordinate mandatory training, orientation and ongoing knowledge/skill development.
• Create a supportive, safe environment for Pool staff to flourish.
• Respond to predicted and unpredicted staffing needs within THS North.
