UnitingCare Queensland’s BlueCare Mackay Aged Care Facility is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide expert clinical leadership, guide care staff and ensure safe, resident-centred care. The role supports care planning, documentation, and accreditation standards in a multidisciplinary team.
You will participate in continuous quality improvement, contribute to ACFI assessments for funding outcomes, and mentor staff while meeting probity and professional standards.
The Clinical Nurse provides expert clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centred care. The role plays a key part in complex clinical decision-making, care planning, funding optimisation and continuous quality improvement, while ensuring care aligns with organisational values, best practice and accreditation standards.
