BlueCare in Biloela is seeking a Clinical Nurse to support community services with leadership and expert nursing care. You will manage client care plans, assess residents, and guide a frontline clinical team to maintain high-quality standards.
The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and extensive nursing experience in acute or aged care. Community-focused practice and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams are essential for success.

With a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.
Your part in our Clinical Team As our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through the provision of guidance and mentorship. The role will hone into your effective decision making and clinical experience where you will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. With our clients’ wellbeing always in mind, you’ll review client care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life, making a real difference to the quality of care we deliver.
You will be an experienced clinician, with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:
