As a Clinical Midwife, you'll play an important role in delivering safe, person-centred maternity care while supporting positive experiences for women, babies and families. From coordinating complex care to guiding colleagues and strengthening clinical practice, you'll help create a service that delivers quality outcomes and lasting community impact.
You’re an experienced midwife who combines clinical expertise with compassion, integrity and sound judgement. You thrive in situations that require critical thinking, leadership and collaboration, and take pride in helping women and families feel supported, informed and empowered during significant life moments. You’re motivated by making a genuine difference, strengthening team capability and delivering care that reflects dignity, respect and excellence.
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to maternity care and/or experience working across regional or rural health settings.
