Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba is seeking a Registered Midwife to provide safe, person-centred maternity care across the patient journey. You\'ll work within a supportive team, deliver holistic care and build meaningful connections with women, babies and families.

You will register, work with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to learning and quality improvement. The role offers flexible arrangements, professional development opportunities and a pathway to advance in maternity services.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Strong clinical skills and experience delivering safe, evidence-based maternity care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and professional development.
• Postgraduate qualifications relevant to maternity care and/or experience supporting education, mentoring or service improvement initiatives.
