Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with an outstanding Aged Care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their 100 bed facility in South Western Sydney. You will lead a clinical team, work closely with the Facility Manager, and ensure the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and team performance across the home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in aged care clinical leadership roles.
• Experience in large-scale facilities (100 beds) is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using clinical systems, reporting tools, and digital documentation.
• Passionate about delivering high standards of care and building strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure effective clinical governance, documentation, reporting, and risk management.
• Partner with the Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes.
