Better Self Psychology, an Adelaide-based practice, is seeking a full-time Clinical Lead to shape the future of the practice at Plympton. The role combines mentoring psychologists across career stages with providing clinical guidance on complex cases while sustaining a balanced caseload.

Qualifications

• Master of Clinical Psychology required.
• Board Approved Supervisor Registration essential.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance required.
• NDIS Worker Check required.
• Police clearance and DHS Working with Children Check current.

Responsibilities

• Mentor psychologists at all career stages and provide clinical guidance on complex cases.
• Lead development of therapy programs and refine best practices.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of staff and conduct team workshops.
• Support team to maintain high standards of client care while managing a balanced caseload.
