Job summary

Gateway Health in Wangaratta delivers primary health and welfare services across the Ovens Murray region. You will lead the clinical team in the Wangaratta Therapeutic Community, guiding residents through evidence-informed AOD treatment within a Therapeutic Community model.

This full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) focuses on developing and evaluating programs, promoting best practice, and sustaining TC principles to drive positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Mental Health, Community Services or related field.
• Compliance with AOD Workforce Minimum Qualification Strategy or willingness to undertake any.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic interventions and programs.
• Promote TC principles and reflective practice across the service.
