Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Laboratory Technology or equivalent with relevant pathology subjects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pathology services delivery including Laboratory Information Systems and Quality Systems.
• Ability to work responsibly and manage competing deadlines.
• Team-oriented yet able to deliver results autonomously.
• Customer-focused with strong oral and written communication with customers, patients and staff.
• Show initiative, problem solving and analytical skills in a pathology-lab context.
• Commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.
