Job summary

Home Care Assistance is seeking a Clinical, Quality & Compliance Manager to provide leadership on clinical governance, quality and risk management across the organisation. The role focuses on fostering continuous improvement and consumer-centred care, with responsibility for governance meetings and reporting to the Executive Team.

You will lead clinical quality initiatives, maintain infection prevention and safety programs, and ensure policies remain current with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Qualification in Quality, Clinical Governance, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, compliance, clinical governance or accreditation functions in healthcare.
• Experience managing incidents, complaints and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on clinical governance, quality, compliance and risk management across the organisation.
• Lead clinical governance meetings and support governance committees.
• Monitor clinical performance indicators and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee policy, systems management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs in quality, compliance and risk.
