Job summary

Big Umbrella Recruitment is seeking an ESSA-accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join a Canberra team. You will develop exercise programs for clients across Workers' Comp, Life Insurance, CTP and corporate settings, liaising with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

The role offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time, 4 days), a generous remuneration package with a company vehicle, relocation assistance up to $5,500, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist.
• Clinical/Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Energetic, proactive & innovative.
• Motivated to help clients progress & achieve outcomes.
• Driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate.
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for your clients.
• Mobile role visiting clients in a range of locations, work from the office &/your home.
• Case notes, report-writing & administration.
• Work with your Manager to achieve key objectives.
• Build trusted relationships & actively promote the organisation's services, resulting in repeat referrals.
• Collaborate with friendly & engaged team.
• Training & coaching of other team members (for Senior EPs).
