Job summary

BaptistCare Balladong Gardens in York is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver education programs for residential staff on a permanent part-time basis (one day per week).

You will support orientation, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development, coordinating with leaders to address learning needs and improve care quality while ensuring compliance with aged care standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute care settings.
• Experience delivering education, training or learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging education and training programs for residential employees.
• Support orientation, induction and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Facilitate mandatory training and competency assessments.
• Work with leaders to identify learning needs and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support compliance with aged care standards, clinical governance and policies.
• Monitor training records and report on learning compliance outcomes.
• Contribute to quality and accreditation activities within the home.
