Qualifikationen

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as an RN.
• Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care.

• Oversee clinical and allied health services and guide assessment and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with AN-ACC, Accreditation Standards and BaptistCare policies.
• Lead clinical governance and foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Shape practice standards and support a culture of high-quality, person-centred care.
