BaptistCare is seeking a Clinical Manager for Balladong Gardens, York, WA. Lead safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care across two regional homes, with options to combine roles for broader leadership.

The role is permanent part‑time (30 hours per fortnight) with regional leadership responsibilities and a metropolitan lifestyle, commuting two days weekly from Perth. Experience in aged care leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to interpret clinical and financial reports and metrics.
• Knowledge of AN‑ACC, aged care legislation and Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and allied health services.
• Guide assessment and care planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with AN‑ACC, Accreditation Standards and BaptistCare policies.
• Strengthen clinical governance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
