As a Clinical Educator, you will develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based clinical education, competency training and coaching that strengthens clinical practice and supports safe, high-quality care. Working closely with clinical leaders and Workplace Trainers, you'll support induction, identify learning needs, embed new clinical practices and ensure education aligns with aged care standards, accreditation requirements and best practice.

You are an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing others and improving the quality of clinical practice. You can engage adult learners, build strong relationships across different stakeholder groups, and translate complex clinical requirements into practical and meaningful education.
