Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline and eligibility for professional registration (where applicable).
• Experience in clinical education coordination, including organizing placements and supervising students.
• Demonstrated teaching and mentoring capabilities with diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, students and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of quality assurance, risk management and compliance in clinical education.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, social impact and sustainability in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical education activities and scheduling of placements.
• Liaise with clinical partners to ensure alignment between clinical experiences and academic requirements.
• Teach and mentor students in clinical settings with guidance, feedback and supervision.
• Collaborate with academic staff and external stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
