Job summary

The University of Sydney seeks an Education Administrative Officer (Clinical) to provide administrative and operational support to academic and teaching staff. This 0.6 FTE fixed-term, office-based role is predominantly at Royal North Shore Hospital with occasional travel to Ryde/Hornsby/Camperdown Campus.

You will support a broad range of education activities, manage records, and prepare teaching materials for print and online platforms in a fast-paced academic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and sound judgement.
• Excellent time and workload management with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Well-developed IT skills and experience with large, corporate information systems.
• Experience in a tertiary education or complex organisational environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives for research-based and coursework programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure education support, learning, curriculum and teaching priorities are met.
• Maintain databases, records and contact lists to support learning and teaching activities.
• Assist in preparation, compilation and publication of academic and teaching materials for print and online platforms.
