Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking an Education Administrative Officer (Clinical) to support the Education Support Team. This 0.6 FTE fixed-term, office-based role provides administrative and operational support to academic staff and students across education programs.

Based predominantly at Royal North Shore Hospital with occasional travel to Ryde, Hornsby, and Camperdown Campus, you will help implement program evaluation, maintain records, and prepare teaching materials in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with good judgement and initiative.
• Excellent time and workload management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Well-developed IT skills, including MS Office and database familiarity.
• Experience in a tertiary education or complex organisation is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supporting program evaluation and continuous improvement for education programs.
• Liaising with stakeholders to meet education, learning, curriculum, and teaching priorities.
• Maintaining databases, records, and contact lists to support learning activities.
• Supporting preparation and publication of teaching materials for print and online platforms.
