You will shape new services, manage clinical initiatives, and maintain an engaged, high-quality caseload while benefiting from strong administrative support and genuine autonomy in directing the service.

Qualifications

• Experienced Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA endorsement.
• Experience supervising psychologists or Clinical Registrars.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and governance for the psychology team.
• Supervise Clinical Registrars and support ongoing professional development.
• Maintain high-quality clinical practice while leading service development and program delivery.
