Job summary

South West Healthcare in Warrnambool is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our District Nursing team. You will deliver high quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and within the community, working with a multidisciplinary team to help people remain independent and safely at home.

The role requires current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration and at least three years nursing experience, with community or acute care valued.

  • Salary Range: $75,358.40 - $80,184.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our District Nursing team.

As an Enrolled Nurse in our District Nursing team, you will provide high quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and within the community. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will support people to maintain their independence, optimise their health outcomes, and remain safely at home.

This rewarding role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, undertaking clinical assessments, providing wound and continence management, supporting chronic disease management, and promoting health and wellbeing across a diverse client group.
