Qualifications

Clinical or technical degree in critical/intensive care, perfusion, or nursing.
5+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in industry.
Experience in critical care, cardiac surgery, or mechanical circulatory support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel 50% of the time and provide 24/7 emergency support.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site clinical expertise for Impella implanting centers.
Ensure optimal patient outcomes through best-practice consultation.
Manage training programs for new and existing accounts.
Develop site superusers in Protected PCI and Cardiogenic Shock treatment.
Advise on protocol adoption and analyse institutional needs.
Drive patient growth and outcomes through direct customer relationships.
Educate stakeholders on hemodynamic support and clinical data.
Expand referral base and assist in program development.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
Stay current on relevant literature and emerging trends.

Ideally you will possess extensive experience in cardiac care and structural heart procedures with a proven track record of managing complex cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
