Southern Cross Care QLD seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the clinical care team at St Anne's Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill. The role may be permanent or a minimum 12-month contract, with supportive culture and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience in an aged care environment.
• Experience managing clinical teams and documentation.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation.
• Staff training and ongoing management and support to care staff.
• Ensuring sound medication management and associated systems.
• Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Mentoring and guidance to care staff.
