Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a South West Sydney aged care home to appoint an experienced Registered Nurse as second-in-command. You will report to the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) and lead clinical care programs, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of resident care across the home.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, 3+ years of nursing management experience in aged care, and a proven track record in team leadership and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years nursing management experience (ward level or above) with a background in aged care.
• Proven experience managing care teams and operational budgets.
• An honest, ethical leadership style with a passion for continuous learning and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care programs and mentor staff to maintain high care standards.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, governance, reporting and stock management.
• Develop and refine tailored clinical care programs for residents.

What You’ll Bring
