Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for a not-for-profit aged care provider on the NSW Mid North Coast. You will lead the care team in a 70+ bed home, ensuring resident-centred clinical services and strong governance under the Home Manager.

This permanent, Mon-Fri role offers $58/hour plus super, relocation support, parental leave, and access to health insurance discounts and gym memberships within a large national provider.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Solid aged care experience and long tenures.
• Knowledge of aged care legislation.
• Commitment to resident-focused care and dignity.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the care team in consultation with the Home Manager, in a home of 70+ beds that includes a memory support unit.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services under a resident-centred model of care.
• Maintain current knowledge of aged care funding models.
• Manage efficient, effective and compassionate care planning and assessment.
• Coordinate medical stock and health-related supplies to keep the home well supplied.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to maintain a high standard of care and a quality lifestyle for residents.

CLINICAL COORDINATOR | NSW MID NORTH COAST | NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGED CARE

A large, well-established not-for-profit aged care provider on the NSW Mid North Coast, around 90 minutes from Port Macquarie and roughly 5 hours from Sydney, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join their residential home.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced aged care nurse who wants a long-term home in a coastal community, with real scope to lead a care team and help shape a newly strengthened clinical leadership structure. The provider is looking for someone who wants to build a career with the team and stay for the long haul.
