Calvary George Vowell is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead clinical and care teams, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while honouring their identities and preferences. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you’ll lead our clinical and care teams to ensure residents receive exceptional care while nurturing an understanding of their unique identities and experiences. You’ll also play a pivotal role in our home’s clinical governance and may manage specialized clinical portfolios, such as education, palliative care, and infection control.
