What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery outcomes
• Evaluate and validate the quality of healthcare data used in AI training contexts, ensuring analytical outputs are trustworthy and defensible
• Collaborate across teams to translate complex clinical data into structured insights accessible to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in regulated environments
• Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets typical of healthcare organizations
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and real‑world decisions
• Self‑directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, async environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI training workflows or large language model development
