Job summary

Clear Skincare Clinics Paddington is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead, coach and inspire a team of therapists and clinicians, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong business results.

You will drive a positive, high-performing culture, manage daily clinic operations and collaborate with the Franchise Partner to grow the business while developing a dedicated and capable team.

• Leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or service-based environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs and business targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Customer-first mindset balancing commercial success with people leadership.
