Job summary

Silk Laser Clinics Morayfield is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to blend clinical leadership with people management. You will support the Clinic Manager, drive team performance, and continue delivering laser and skin treatments while expanding responsibility within the clinic.

You will coach a high-performing team, mentor staff, and focus on delivering exceptional client experiences alongside achieving commercial results for the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy preferred.
• Experience with medical-grade laser devices, Candela experience highly regarded.
• Proven success as a high-performing Laser & Skin Therapist.
• Previous leadership, senior therapist or team coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence working towards KPIs and business goals.
• A passion for developing people and supporting team success.
• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced laser and skin treatments to the highest clinical standards.
• Conduct professional consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Support the Clinic Manager with the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
• Assist in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
• Mentor and coach team members through leading by example.
• Help drive clinic performance through strong client outcomes and commercial results.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and skincare recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences at every stage of the journey.
