Artisan Aesthetic Clinic, a division within Sonic Healthcare Limited, is seeking a Clinic Development Manager to lead a team of clinicians and client experience consultants. You will oversee operations, budgets, rostering, training, stock management and governance to deliver outstanding patient outcomes in a safe, caring environment.

The Clinic Development Manager guides and nurtures a team of clinicians and Client Experience Consultants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and treatments to clients. This commitment ultimately results in outstanding client outcomes and contributes to the overall success of the clinic.

About You

• Ensure that every client receives an exceptional, personalised experience that leads to ongoing and long-standing client relationships
• Use business data to develop the skills and behaviours of the team identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to raise performance
• Implement local marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing clients
• Lead clinic operations including budgets, rostering, training and stock management
• Implement a safe working environment, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures and Clinical Governance policies to ensure the safest possible outcomes for our clients and team members
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring immaculately presented team members and clinic at all times
