Job summary

Bupa Mindplace in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to ensure smooth clinic operations and a welcoming client experience. You will blend front desk responsibilities with broader operational support, coordinating reception tasks and maintaining a professional, private space for patients.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, you’ll help uphold Mindplace standards and contribute to a caring, compliant clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skill
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures
• Own the client experience of the practice’s physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment.

Our Clinic Coordinators ensure the smooth operations and a welcoming experience of their Mindplace Clinic. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, our Clinic Coordinator's provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities with broader operational support, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the clinic’s services to patients.
