Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. in Melbourne is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary allied health clinic focused on paediatric care, evidence-based practice, and holistic functional therapy.

The role offers face-to-face clinic work with some community/school visits and tele-health options. You will diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, develop individual treatment plans, and prepare detailed documentation and funding reports.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian working rights.
• Current SPA registration
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Experience with paediatric clients is desirable

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess, and provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide education and create individualised treatment plans for a diverse population.
• Complete detailed documentation: progress notes, assessment/funding reports, referral letters, and goal setting/reviewing.
• Report progress to families, teachers and medical professionals and participate in care-team meetings.
