4 Healthcare Recruitment partners with an established multidisciplinary allied health provider to recruit a Paediatric Speech Pathologist for a community-based role in Melbourne's western suburbs. The position focuses on children’s communication needs across schools, kindergartens and home visits with a mixed private/NDIS caseload.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility to be a Speech Pathology Australia member.
• Demonstrated passion for paediatric therapy and working with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver paediatric speech pathology services in community settings (schools, kindergartens, homes).
• Develop meaningful goals with families and implement individualized therapy.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and other professionals to support communication and participation.
• Maintain evidence-informed practice and participate in supervision or professional development.
