Job summary

Sonic HealthPlus Oxley Clinic is seeking a motivated Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our team at the Oxley Clinic on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality occupational health services through administration while providing backup screening support when needed.

Previous experience in medical administration or healthcare reception is highly regarded, with training provided to assist with screening activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical administration or healthcare reception.
• Occupational health knowledge is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly experience for clients in person and on the phone.
• Coordinate appointments, manage bookings and respond to enquiries.
• Manage medical results and support client flow through the clinic.
• Process invoices and handle day-to-day admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of documentation.
• Support coordination of occupational health services and communicate with staff.
• Assist with preparation of medical screening appointments and related paperwork.
• Provide backup support for screening activities such as audiometry and spirometry when required.
