Job summary

Sonic HealthPlus is seeking a motivated Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join the Newcastle Clinic on a full-time basis. You will balance front-office duties with hands-on occupational health screening tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will manage bookings, coordinate administration processes and support health screening activities to deliver high-quality service for clients and workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate appointments and manage bookings.
• Manage medical results and ensure smooth client flow.
• Process invoicing and support day-to-day clinic administration.
• Administer health questionnaires and document accurately and confidentially.
• Conduct occupational health screening assessments (training provided).
• Collect and process pathology specimens as required.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and screening areas.
