Responsibilities

• Be the client's main point of contact from early in their journey.
• Monitor deals through to settlement and resolve issues.
• Maintain regular post-settlement check-ins with clients.
• Review each client's loan annually to spot savings or next steps.
• Handle everyday account queries and loan adjustments to keep brokers free to do what they do best.
