Job summary

Capstone Recruitment partner seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a new purpose-built residential project in Queensland. This client-side role places you as the Superintendent’s Representative, taking ownership from contractor engagement through to handover within a well-resourced, university/government environment.

You will manage D&C contract administration, engage broad stakeholders, report to governance committees, and oversee budget, risk and program performance to meet

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial or residential projects of a similar scale.
• Strong D&C contract administration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in complex operational environments.
• Sound reporting skills within governance and approval frameworks.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, project management, engineering or related discipline.
• Builders-side PM moving to client-side encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side on the delivery of a new residential project.
• Manage the D&C contractor and administer the contract, including variations, claims, program and quality.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and manage construction impact on an operating campus.
• Prepare clear reporting for the Project Control Group and governance committees.
• Oversee budget, risk and program performance to meet client standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and administration teams.
