Job summary

Petrie is seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to lead diverse land subdivision and development projects across South East Queensland. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, drive early planning and feasibility, and take on contract administration and superintendent roles for subdivision schemes.

The role offers long-term growth with potential to head the projects team as the business expands its development portfolio.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects on the client-side (property, construction, or land subdivision sectors preferred).
Experience in civil construction, preferably land subdivisions.
Contract knowledge and experience with contract administration and superintendent roles.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from inception through to completion.
Develop project briefs, feasibility studies, and delivery strategies.
Engage and manage consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality standards.
Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, approvals, and contractual obligations.
