Kingdom Financial Group in Gympie is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team. You’ll support our financial advisers, paraplanning and client services teams, delivering service that makes a real difference to the people we look after.

This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our client experience, taking ownership and helping to manage the annual review cycle, client enquiries, and coordination with platforms, insurers and fund providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as client services officer or similar in an Australian practice.
• A confident, warm communicator who takes genuine pride in looking after people.
• Well organised, able to juggle a busy workload and reliably meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning software and platforms.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things properly, every time.
• Happy to work on-site in Gympie as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of client groups, building strong, trusted relationships over time.
• Manage the ongoing service and annual review cycle, including preparing for review meetings so advisers and clients are ready.
• Respond to client enquiries, book appointments and keep clients informed at every step.
• Coordinate implementation, product applications and follow-through with platforms, insurers and fund providers.
• Keep client files accurate, audit-ready and compliant with AFSL, Best Interests Duty and AML/CTF obligations.
