Term full-time vacancy up to 12 months.

The State Operations Service is responsible for the provision of high-quality policing services to the regional communities of South Australia.

Far North Region is seeking a Client Services Officer to join the team at Port Augusta Police Station. As the first point of contact for members of the public, the successful applicant will provide high quality customer service while undertaking a range of administrative and business support functions and providing a reliable support base to sworn members.

Although the position is based within the front station of the Port Augusta Police Station, there may be occasions where the Client Services Officer is required to provide relief support across other sections, as outlined in the attached Position Information Document (PID).

Special Conditions
  • The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
  • The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
  • The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary

ASO3 - $74,095 - $78,694 per annum.
