Job summary

ORS Group in Mitchell is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our national administration team. This full-time role supports a busy office with 40+ staff on site, handling reception duties, phone inquiries, referrals, and site upkeep.

You will coordinate bookings for NDIS services, update client records, and assist with reporting. The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check and appropriate checks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain site presentation, cleanliness and event prep.
  • Create and update electronic client records.

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Mitchell office with 40+ employees on site. The role supports a national administration team and requires full‑time commitment Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming telephone enquiries
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front‑of‑house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
  • Owning site presentation, cleanliness and event preparation
  • Completing site audits as requiredCreating and updating electronic records for existing clients
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties as required
Requirements
  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Previous health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
