Job summary

Estia Health in Adelaide is seeking a customer-focused Frontline Engagement Coordinator to support families choosing aged care services. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries in person, on the phone or by email while guiding families through the residential aged care journey.

The role requires a proven sales mindset, strong negotiation skills and the ability to build referral sources. Local knowledge of aged care fees is a plus, and the position is on site at our Adelaide

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a strong track record in securing referrals.
• Knowledge of aged care fees and funding is ideal.
• Excellent communication and relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services.
• Assist residents and families through the residential aged care journey.
• Conduct cold calls to establish new referral sources.
• Provide accurate information and support in person, over the phone, or by email.
