Qualifications

• Australian Financial Planning / Risk Insurance experience
• 5+ years of experience in client services for risk insurance
• Strong experience supporting personal risk insurance advice
• Knowledge across Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection
• Experience managing insurance applications and underwriting requirements
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Confidence liaising with insurers, underwriters and Advisers
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, professional and team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion

• Preparing documentation and supporting Advisers throughout the advice process
• Maintaining accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation
• Proactively managing deadlines and ensuring cases progress efficiently

The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced Advisers, you will play a key role in managing the client service and administration process across personal insurance and risk advice.

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end administration and implementation of Risk Insurance advice

• Preparing and processing new business, renewals and policy alterations

• Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion

• Liaising with clients, Advisers, insurers, underwriters and other stakeholders

• Following up outstanding medical, underwriting and application requirements

About You

We are looking for candidates who have built their experience specifically within Australian Financial Planning / Risk Insurance.

You will ideally bring:

• 5+ years' experience for the CSM opportunity,

• Strong experience supporting personal Risk Insurance advice

• Knowledge across Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insurance

• Experience managing insurance applications and underwriting requirements

• Strong client relationship and communication skills

• Confidence liaising directly with insurers, underwriters and Advisers

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously

• A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
