The opportunity now exists for a dedicated CSM to join the team and provide advisor support to the firms two principle advisors and quality service to their clientele.

This CSM role will work closely the advisors in preparing relevant correspondence for all client meetings, maintaining client files, implementation of advice, being a point of contact for clients and providing exceptional client service and all associated CS duties. You will be afforded ongoing mentoring, training and development as well as career progression opportunities.

We are looking for the right candidate to bring the following:

• 3+ years in Financial Planning - Advisor support or CSM role
• Commitment, loyalty and strong work ethic
• Strong knowledge of financial planning administration and processes
• Xplan experience and solid background in implementation of advice
• Desire to work closely with advisor gaining career mentoring and developing a strong relationship
