The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Client Services Executive to join our team at our Northgate branch, working hours will be offered weekdays and weekends.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of Right2Drive, delivering accident replacement vehicles to

customers and ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and stress-free.

You’ll help customers complete documentation, maintain vehicle presentation standards, and ensure every delivery and collection runs smoothly. It’s a role that combines customer service, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering accident replacement vehicles to customers and referrers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for use
• Assisting customers with required documentation and system submissions
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing Right2Drive with care and professionalism
