  • Coordination and processing of the billing function for clients, in line with standards and templates for billing.
  • Preparation of all correspondence required including business letters, invoices, reports, articles and proposals, in accordance with established templates.
  • Coordination of the Out-For-Signature and lodgement process (e.g. ATO)
  • Preparation of electronic or physical collations in a timely, organised and efficient manner. A view towards decreasing the use of physical materials and moving towards a more electronic environment.
  • The updating, archiving and maintenance of accurate electronic data within various software platforms. An adherence to current procedures with a view towards continually offering constructive feedback.
  • Communication with the ATO in relation to basic client matters (for example, setting up payment arrangements, obtaining remissions, lodging due date extension, etc.).
  • Provision of support to Reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests and maintaining meeting rooms. Maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the office, including but not limited to upkeep of kitchen and meeting rooms, reception cover and providing administrative cover elsewhere when required.
