ISS is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager / Cleaning Area Manager to lead a large frontline team across Sydney and South West Sydney. You will manage operations to deliver consistent cleaning services for schools and government buildings, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and safety.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate rostering, training, and KPI planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Client Service Manager / Cleaning Area Manager looking for a role where you can make impact everyday within Schools and Government buildings?

We are seeking strong operationalleaders for our large workforce in multiple areas across Sydney region and South West Sydney region.

This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for managing the operational needs for your clients ensuring a consistent and effective cleaning service is delivered by your team.

You will have sound knowledge of cleaning operations along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Role Responsibilities:

Leadership and management of a large diverse group of frontline employees

Client stakeholder management to meet and exceed expectations

Rostering, time & attendance, leave management & recruitment for vacancies

Induct and train new team members

Working knowledge of work health & safety with a strong focus on compliance

Monthly and quarterly KPI planning and completion

Delivery of cleaning services per contractual requirements

• Experience in Cleaning Operations and managing a diverse workforce.
• Already hold or prepared to obtain a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations

Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment

• Must hold a current and valid Driver License

Exceptional communication

Strong technology skills including MS Office

• Work health & safety knowledge and the ability to conduct incident investigations
• Must have full working rights
• Must hold or ability to obtain NSW WWC, NSW Police Clearance & Government Clearance.
