Job summary

ISS is hiring a part-time Cleaner in Logan to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. You will clean internal public areas, offices, teaching rooms, laboratories, toilets and tea rooms, and also handle external cleaning tasks with high pressure washers and road sweepers.

Strong customer service and self-motivation are important. National Police clearance within 12 months is required, along with a Blue Card/Working With Children Check within 5 years or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean internal public areas including offices, teaching rooms, laboratories, toilets and tea rooms.
• Clean external areas using high pressure washers and road sweepers.
• Stock supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Maintain cleaning records and comply with standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to all users.

The Position:

• Monday to Friday shifts, 6:00AM to 10:00AM daily

• Using cleaning equipment to include vacuums, cleaning chemicals, scrapers and dusters.
• Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
• Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously
• Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
