Job summary

ISS Facility Services (Australia) is seeking Cleaning Specialists for part-time or casual roles on the Gold Coast, including Southport. You will clean internal and external areas, using vacuums, detergents, and high-pressure equipment, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain National Police clearance within 12 months of issue.

The Position

• Cleaning of public internal areas; offices, teaching rooms, laboratories, toilets, and tea rooms.
• Cleaning of external areas - roads and walkways using high pressure washers and road sweepers.
• Using cleaning equipment to include vacuums, cleaning chemicals, scrapers and dusters.
• Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
• Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously
• Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
• Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
